As e-Business Manager: Leading and creating the new e-Business Department. Planning and managing the e-business vision and the strategies to integrate the latest technology in the company. Adopt the Internet channel as a part of the marketing strategy plan of the company. Developed and launched 3 platforms: 1. Corporate website: GAMO online: useful information for customers and dealers. 2. Club Gamo (B2C): Creation of an online community with 36 000 registered users. This site has online services and support (CRM). This platform was created to make faithful to our customers. It is a powerful tool to recommend the Gamo products between users. 3. Extranet for dealers (B2B): It is exclusively for dealers and retailers. It has services and tools to support their daily work, as manuals of the products, e-commerce, useful information, and more. All three synchronized with the ERP software SAP. Includes web usability studies and positioning. Data-mining. Request for proposals.

As Marketing Manager: Estrategic level, developed and rolled-out the marketing plan, including planning, market segmentation, positioning, and brand management. On the operational level, responsible for budgeting, campaigns, advertisement agency coordination, catalogues development. Displays and corners development to the shops of dealers and retailers. Merchandising, marketing research, fairs, promotions, public relations. Request for proposals. I am working directly with the Commercial and Sales Department for Iberia and the rest of Europe.

1. This display was created to promote and introduce the market a new line of products, specially designed for flashlights in the store of the retailers.
2. This floor stand or totem was created to catch to the final costumer in the shops. It is was a big success, in fact we impact to our competitors as well.

TRADE FAIRS
Here, you can see 2 pictures of fair of the company which I am working for. I worked on it with a supplier who help us to develop a new design of the stand. It was 100m2. This trade fair was in Germany 2006.
